Crazy rays!

I've seen plenty of nature documentaries in my day, but it took this story in the weird news – about dozens of mobula rays mysteriously washed up on the beach in Gaza city – to prompt me to look up the difference between the manta ray and its more delightful cousin, the so-called devil ray. Watch this 2-minute video and you'll see what I'm talking about. Mobula rays can attain a size of 17' (5.2M) in width and weigh as much as a ton, yet still perform graceful acrobatics as they breach the surface of the water for reasons scientists still don't understand.
