Santa Baby
American singer, dancer, and actress Eartha Kitt (1927-2008) died today at the age of 81 of cancer. A cultural icon as Catwoman in the 1960s TV series "Batman," she is also known for her rendition of "Santa Baby." Dying on Christmas is therefore as appropriate as Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826) and John Adams (1735-1826) dying on the 4th of July (specifically within 5 hours of each other on the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence). R.I.P. Eartha (growl)...
